following:

Review Electrical &
Instrumentation specifications, support subcontract administrative and
construction from conceptual design stage through project completion and
financial closing to ensure safety, quality, meet technical requirements of
the budget and schedule, and site procedures.

Support subcontractor
(SA) administrator to develop scope of procurement packages, provide
responses the vendors’ technical questions and exceptions, and coordinate the
SA and the vendors for the design changes.

Coordinate with design
engineers, seismic engineers(if applicable) and QA or proposal review,
technical submittals
·
Develop a detail
schedule using Primavera P6 schedule for each awarded package, track all
submittals (e.g. drawings, test procedures, and inspection procedures),
coordinate with design electrical/&C engineers, seismic to resolve any
technical issues. Coordinate between awarded vendors and design for cost
impact due to design changes or schedule changes. Inform management any
potential schedule impact.

resolve any technical issues/exceptions, to ensure equipment to be delivered
on time and meet all technical requirements as specified per specifications.

Nuclear Safety
Engineer- Responsible for evaluating modification packages, procedures, and
Safety Analysis Report (SAR) changes to determine how the changes are going
to affect the SAR, the Technical Specifications, and commitments with the
NRC. Prepared and review 50.59 evaluations also determine whether or
not the changes would result in Unreviewed Safety Questions (USQs) which
require to be reviewed by. Familiar with PRA (probabilistic Analysis),

Responsible for updating the access data bases to create/revise or delete
equipment IDs based on the nuclear plant modifications.

Procurement Engineer –
Responsible for preparing/reviewing equipment specifications (e.g.
identifying safety functions, critical characteristics of components and
develop plans to dedicate the commercial grade items to safety related
items), providing technical support during the procurement process, selecting
and evaluating equivalent replacement for obsolete parts (including relays,
motors, breakers, UPS, motor starters, etc.), and evaluating shelf life for parts
that had shelf life expired; resolving any issues associated with QC
inspection), developed test plan for various instrumentation based on
set point calculations of various instruments (transmitters, pressure
indicators)
System Engineer (Relay System)
Responsible for maintaining system health, ensure all
preventive maintenances are performed promptly, support maintenance trouble
shooting field problems.
